Composites
This is a type of
product whose main components consist of reinforcing fiberglass encased in a
polymer resin matrix (resin,
minerals, pigments, additives) which catalyzes it into its final form.
There are a variety of production methods to manufacture composites and we
have the experience and expertise in all of them.
FRP (fiberglass
reinforcing polymers) Composites are far superior to conventional materials
like metal and wood. With properties like corrosion resistance and
durability, they have virtually no maintenance and are very cost effective and economical. FRP
composites also are have a very good strength to weight ratio, are
light-weight and are able to perform in the toughest and hazardous
environments, it's no wonder that an increasing number of products are being
made of FRP Composites.

Hand Layup
Hand Layup is a
process in which sheets of reinforcing fiberglass (woven mat,
cloth) and a polymer resin matrix
are placed in an open mold and pressed firm. We use a proprietary
method where the the resin matrix is embedded with real crushed stone to
give a texture and finish of actual stone. With it's light weight,
high-strength and durability, it is the preferable choice for custom shaped
products.
